Abstract

Проведено визначення мотивів до праці виробничого персоналу на машинобудівних підприємствах м. Харкова на підставі розробленої схеми послідовності етапів визначення мотивів до праці виробничого персоналу.Проведено определение мотивов к работе производственного персонала на машиностроительных предприятиях г. Харькова на основании разработанной схемы последовательности этапов определения мотивов к работе производственного персонала.The labour motives of the production personnel of machine-building enterprises have been determined on the basis of a developed chart which includes the sequence of stages in determination of labour motives of production personnel.
