Максимизация Рыночной Стоимости Украинских Предприятий Как Эффективный Инструмент Управления Бизнесом

Abstract

Розглянуто питання необхідності побудови внутрішньокорпоративної системи управління вартістю українського підприємства, виявлено практичні проблеми й наведено недоліки існуючих методик. Як ефективний інструмент управління вартістю підприємства запропоновано спільне використання двох взаємодоповнюючих систем на основі показників EVA і ССП, що об'єднали стратегічні цілі та інструменти управління вартістю.Рассмотрены вопросы необходимости построения внутрикорпоративной системы управления стоимостью украинского предприятия, выявлены практические проблемы и приведены недостатки существующих методик. В роли эффективного инструмента управления стоимостью предприятия предложено совместное использование двух взаимодополняющих систем на основе показателей EVA и ССП, объединивших стратегические цели и инструменты управления стоимостью воедино.
