Abstract

Розглянуто основні властивості регіонального кластера. Визначено суб'єкт і об'єкт управління регіональним кластером як складною динамічною системою, а також зовнішні чинники, що впливають на систему. Розглянуто фази управління регіональним кластером.Рассмотрены основные свойства регионального кластера. Определены субъект и объект управления региональным кластером как сложной динамической системой, а также внешние факторы, влияющие на систему. Рассмотрены фазы управления региональным кластером.The article considers main properties of a regional cluster. A subject and object in management of a regional cluster as a complex dynamic system are defined, as well as external factors having influence on the system. The phases in management of a regional cluster are also considered.
