Abstract

Проведено аналіз основних показників, які характеризують рівень розвитку фондового ринку, систематизовано й узагальнено основні негативні чинники, що гальмують формування ефективного ринку цінних паперів, а також визначено основні заходи, реалізація яких дозволить здійснити необхідні перетворення на шляху становлення конкурентоспроможного фондового ринку.Проведен анализ основных показателей, характеризующих уровень развития фондового рынка, систематизированы и обобщены основные негативные факторы, которые тормозят развитие эффективного рынка ценных бумаг, а также определены основные мероприятия, реализация которых позволит осуществить необходимые преобразования на пути становления конкурентоспособного фондового рынка.
