Abstract

Подано концепцію активізації підприємницької діяльності, що включає обґрунтування необхідності посилення тенденцій соціальної спрямованості управління на споживача, персонал; посилення значущості інтелектуального капіталу як пріоритетного економічного ресурсу; впровадження урівноваженої двосторонньої моделі комунікацій при побудові відносин у процесі здійснення підприємницької діяльності і формування довіри на основі підприємницького типу організаційної культури.Представлена концепция активизации предпринимательской деятельности, включающая обоснование необходимости усиления тенденций социальной направленности управления на потребителя, персонал; повышение значимости интеллектуального капитала в качестве приоритетных экономических ресурсов; внедрение уравновешенной двусторонней модели коммуникаций при построении взаимоотношений в процессе осуществления предпринимательской деятельности и формирование доверия на основе предпринимательского типа организационной культуры.
