Abstract

Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням побудови ефективної системи управління конфліктами інтересів у гірничорудних акціонерних товариствах Кривбасу. Визначено базові елементи системи управління конфліктами інтересів, обґрунтовано необхідність здійснення функції стратегічного моніторингу конфліктів інтересів.Статья посвящена актуальному вопросу построения эффективной системы управления конфликтами интересов в горнорудных акционерных обществах Кривбасса. Определены базовые элементы системы управления конфликтами интересов, обоснована необходимость осуществления функции стратегического мониторинга конфликтов интересов.The article covers urgent problems of creating an effective system for managing conflicts of interests in mining joint-stock companies of Krivbass. Basic elements of this system are defined and the necessity of strategic monitoring conflicts of interests is grounded.
