Abstract

Розглянуто проблеми надання соціальних виплат населенню. Проаналізовано програми соціальної допомоги сім'ям з дітьми, ветеранам, інвалідам, чорнобильцям, програми житлових субсидій на рівні Донецької області та надано пропозиції щодо їх удосконалення.Рассмотрены проблемы предоставления социальных выплат населению. Проанализированы программы социальной помощи семьям с детьми, ветеранам, инвалидам, чернобыльцам, программы жилищных субсидий на уровне Донецкой области и даны предложения по их усовершенствованию.The article considers problems concerning providing social payments to population. Programmes of social aids to families having children, veterans, disabled persons, those who suffered from Chernobyl catastrophe, programmes of rent subsidies at the Donetsk region level have been analyzed, and proposals are given to improve them.
