Abstract

Для підприємств хімічної промисловості України в умовах нестабільного середовища й реальності жорсткої конкуренції визначено актуальність проблеми розробки корпоративної стратегії, впровадження принципів стратегічного управління, що дозволяє провести комплексний аналіз позицій підприємства на ринку, оцінку потенціалу його конкурентоспроможності й виробити найбільш прийнятну стратегію для досягнення поставлених цілей.Для предприятий химической промышленности Украины в условиях нестабильной среды и реальности жесткой конкуренции определена актуальность проблемы разработки корпоративной стратегии, внедрения принципов стратегического управления, позволяющего провести комплексный анализ позиций предприятия на рынке, оценку потенциала его конкурентоспособности и выработать наиболее приемлемую стратегию для достижения поставленных целей.
