Abstract

Досліджено питання ефективності функціонування системи менеджменту якості. На прикладі металургійного підприємства проведено аналіз міри впливу виконання вимог міжнародного стандарту ISO 9001:2000 на досягнення позитивних результатів діяльності заводу.Исследованы вопросы эффективности функционирования системы менеджмента качества. На примере металлургического предприятия проведен анализ степени влияния выполнения требований международного стандарта ISO 9001:2000 на достижение положительных результатов деятельности завода.The issues concerning efficiency of the quality management system are studied. The influence of fulfillment of requirements to the international standard ISO 9001:2000 on positive production results is analyzed on the example of the metallurgical plant.
