Abstract

Розглядаються роль і значущість людського чинника в управлінні підприємством в умовах трансформованої економіки України. Виділені соціально-психологічні причини, що перешкоджають впровадженню інновацій в процесі підприємницької діяльності господарюючих суб'єктів.Рассматриваются роль и значимость человеческого фактора в управлении предприятием в условиях трансформируемой экономики Украины. Выделены социально-психологические причины, препятствующие внедрению инноваций в процессе предпринимательской деятельности хозяйствующих субъектов.The role and the importance of a human factor in the management of an enterprise under conditions of Ukrainian economy transformation are discussed. Social and psychological reasons preventing introduction of innovations in the process of entrepreneurial activity of economic entities are defined.
