Abstract

Розкрито значення професійної підготовки робітничих кадрів у підвищенні ефективності виробництва. Дана оцінка сучасного стану розвитку системи професійно-технічної освіти та обґрунтована необхідність і шляхи її модернізації в умовах інформаційного суспільства.Раскрыто значение профессиональной подготовки рабочих кадров в повышении эффективности производства. Данная оценка современного состояния развития системы профессионально-технического образования и обоснована необходимость и пути ее модернизации в условиях информационного общества.The importance of professional training of workers for enhancing the production efficiency is shown. The present situation in the system of professional and technical education is assessed, and the necessity and ways of modernization under conditions of the information society are grounded.
