Abstract

Наведено основні підходи що формування і розвитку рекреаційного потенціалу на основі виділення двох складових матеріально-технічної бази і природних рекреаційних ресурсів. Показано роль у цьому процесі інноваційної, інвестиційної та комерційної діяльності. Аргументовано необхідність відповідного механізму управління рекреаційною діяльністю.Приведены основные подходы к формированию и развитию рекреационного потенциала на основе выделения двух составляющих материально-технической базы и природных рекреационных ресурсов. Показана роль в этом процессе инновационной, инвестиционной и коммерческой деятельности. Аргументируется необходимость соотвествующего механизма управления рекерационной деятельностью.Basic approaches to formation and development of recreational potential are presented on the basis of distinguishing two components of material and technical base and natural recreational resources. The role of innovation, investment and commercial activities is reasoned.
