Abstract

Визначено поняття та розроблено концепцію управління інтеграційним розвитком підприємства. Розроблено типологію форм інтеграції підприємств. Обґрунтовано взаємозв'язок між формами інтеграції підприємств та складовими процесу розвитку. Розроблено онтологічну модель проблемної області управління інтеграційним розвитком підприємства.Определено понятие и разработана концепция управления интеграционным развитием предприятия. Разработана типология форм интеграции предприятий. Обоснована взаимосвязь между формами интеграции предприятий и составляющими процесса развития. Разработана онтологическая модель проблемной области управления интеграционным развитием предприятия.
