Abstract

Розглядаються основні види потокової організації промислового виробництва в сучасних умовах, виділяються характерні риси спеціалізації потоків по окремих цехах і ділянках, дається короткий опис матричної системи планування трудомісткості й ритмічності виробництва на промисловому підприємстві.Рассматриваются основные виды поточной организации промышленного производства в современных условиях, выделяются характерные особенности специализации потоков по отдельным цехам и участкам, дается краткое описание матричной системы планирования трудоемкости и ритмичности производства на промышленном предприятии.Main types of flow industrial production organization under present conditions are considered, specific features of flows specializaion in separate shop floors and sections are distinguished, and a brief description of the matrix system of planning labour intensity and rythm at industrial enterprises is presented.
