Abstract

Розглядаються особливості поетапної організації процесу оперативного планування і управління виробництвом у сучасних умовах, приведено класифікацію етапів, розкрито їх сутність і зміст, а також визначено пріоритетні напрями подальших досліджень.Рассматриваются особенности поэтапной организации процесса оперативного планирования и управления производством в современных условиях, приведена классификация этапов, раскрыты их сущность и содержание, а также обозначены приоритетные направления дальнейших исследований.The features of stage-by-stage organization of process of the operative planning and operations management under present conditions are examined, classification of stages is made, their essence and content are exposed, and also priority directions for further researches are marked.
