Abstract

Розглянуто проблему модернізації організаційно-економічного механізму житлово-комунальної сфери, підвищення її інвестиційної привабливості та переходу на повну оплату житлово-комунальних послуг. Проаналізовано наслідки перехресного субсидіювання та конфігурацію інтересів суб'єктів процесу виробництва, розподілу й реалізації послуг.Рассмотрена проблема модернизации организационно-экономического механизма жилищно-коммунальной сферы, повышения ее инвестиционной привлекательности и перехода на полную оплату жилищно-коммунальных услуг. Проанализированы последствия перекрестного субсидирования и конфигурация интересов субъектов процесса производства, распределения и реализации услуг.
