Abstract

Обґрунтовано нову концепцію оцінки ефективності прогресивних заходів політики експрес-реагування з урахуванням методологічних основ системного аналізу, застосування системи інтегральних показників та зміни існуючої структури створення, відбору і використання прогресивних нововведень.Обоснована новая концепция оценки эффективности прогрессивных мер политики экспресс-реагирования с учетом методологических основ системного анализа, применения системы интегральних показателей и смены существующей структуры создания, отбора и употребления прогрессивных нововведений.A new concept of assessment of progressive measures efficiency-policy of express-respond is grounded taking into consideration methodological bases of system analysis, usage of integral indicators system and change of the present structure of creation, choosing and use of progressive technologies
