Abstract

Розглянуто роль бюджетування при аналізі шляхів підвищення ефективності управління діяльністю промислових підприємств за рахунок удосконалення управління фінансами. Запропоновано підходи щодо здійснення контролю за фінансами підприємства на основі затвердження фінансових планів і розробки системи моніторингу за їх виконанням.Рассмотрена роль бюджетирования при анализе путей повышения эффективности управления деятельностью промышленных предприятий за счет совершенствования управления финансами. Предложены подходы к осуществлению контроля за финансами предприятия путем утверждения финансовых планов и разработки системы мониторинга за их выполнением.The role of bugeting is considered when analyzing the ways for enhancing the efficiency of enterprises management due to improvement of finance management. The approaches to control over enterprise finances are offered, it should be done by making financial plans and by developing the monitoring systems.
