Стратегия Инновационного Развития Машиностроительного Комплекса На Основе Формирования Интеллектуального Потенциала (На Примере Зао «Нкмз»)

Abstract

Обґрунтовано концепцію безперервного професійного навчання. На прикладі ВАТ «НКМЗ» показано стратегію поетапного прискореного еволюційного розвитку підприємства. Доведено її роль в організаційних і техніко-технологічних перетвореннях ВАТ «НКМЗ». Показано, що реалізація цієї стратегії значно підвищує роль формування інтелектуального потенціалу підприємства і безперервного розвитку персоналу.Обоснована концепция непрерывного профессионального образования. На примере ЗАО «НКМЗ» показана стратегия поэтапного ускоренного эволюционного развития предприятия. Доказана ее роль в организационных и технико-технологических преобразованиях ЗАО «НКМЗ». Показано, что реализация этой стратегии значительно повышает роль формирования интеллектуального потенциала предприятия и непрерывного развития персонала.
