Abstract

Розглянуто моделі бюджетної системи та основні завдання щодо реформування бюджетної системи. Аналізується питання становлення бюджетної системи України. Сформульовано шляхи її стабілізації.Рассмотрена модель бюджетной системы и основные задачи её реформирования. Анализируется вопрос становления бюджетной системы Украины. Сформулированы пути её стабилизации.Model of the budget system is considered and the main problems connected with its reforming as well. The questions of the budget system forming in Ukraine are analyzed. The ways for its stabilization are stated.
