Abstract

Проаналізовано стан і організацію планової роботи на вуглевидобувних підприємствах. Запропоновано підходи й основні елементи стратегічного планування на шахтах. Розроблено методологію формування економічної стратегії розвитку шахти.Проанализированы состояние и организация плановой работы на угледобывающих предприятиях. Предложены подходы и основные элементы стратегического планирования на шахтах. Разработана методология формирования экономической стратегии развития шахты.The state and organization of planning activity on coal mines are analyzed. The approaches to and basic elements of strategic planning on mines are offered. The methodology is worked out to form the economic strategy for the mine development.
