Роль Бизнес-Моделирования При Построении Систем Управленческого Учета

Abstract

Розглядаються проблеми результативності впровадження систем управлінського обліку (СУО), вдосконалення методичного підходу щодо постановки СУО на базі утворення повної бізнес-моделі підприємства; визначено та конкретизовано вплив побудови її підмоделей (бізнес-процесів, інформаційної, фінансової, організаційної, функціональної та стратегічної) на утворення певних елементів системи управлінського обліку, підкреслено важливість застосування бізнес-моделювання для постановки СУО в цілому.Рассматриваются проблемы результативности внедрения систем управленческого учета (СУУ), усовершенствования методического подхода к постановке СУУ на базе построения полной бизнес-модели предприятия; определено и конкретизировано влияние создания ее подмоделей (бизнес-процессов, информационной, финансовой, организационной, функциональной и стратегической) на формирование определенных элементов системы управленческого учета.
