Abstract

Розглядається широкий спектр проблем еколого-економічного розвитку регіонів Росії в нових екологічних умовах господарювання, досліджуються проблеми територіальних, галузевих еколого-економічних диспропорцій і виявляються критерії визначення екологічної норми й оцінки збалансованого розвитку господарських систем.Рассматривается широкий спектр проблем эколого-экономического развития регионов России в новых экологических условиях хозяйствования, исследуются проблемы территориальных, отраслевых эколого-экономических диспропорций и выявляются критерии определения экологической нормы и оценки сбалансированного развития хозяйственных систем.A wide range of issues concerning ecological and economic development of Russian regions under new ecological conditions is considered; the problems of territorial and branch ecologo-ecological disproportions are investigated and the criteria are defined to determine the ecological norms and to estimate balanced development of economic systems
