Abstract

Приведено аналіз теоретичних і методичних підходів до оцінки природних ресурсів. Виявлено тенденцію збільшення уваги дослідників до цього питання. Запропоновано підходи: у практичному використанні диференціальної ренти при оцінці природних ресурсів; розширені поняття кадастрової оцінки корисних копалин шляхом включення в це поняття соціально-екологічних і економіко-екологічних аспектів; у варіантному підході при оцінці втрат корисних копалин на основі поточної вартості.Приведен анализ теоретических и методических подходов к оценке природных ресурсов. Предложены подходы в практическом использовании дифференциальной ренты при оценке природных ресурсов; расширены понятия кадастровой оценки полезных ископаемых путем включения в это понятие социально-экологических и экономико-экологических аспектов и др.
