Abstract

Подано теоретичне обґрунтування доцільності використання SWOT-аналізу у сучасній вітчизняній економіці. На прикладі вугледобувного підприємства розглянуто методичні та практичні аспекти реалізації SWOT-аналізу, кількісні та якісні оцінки його використання у поточному часі, а також у перспективі.Дается теоретическое обоснование целесообразности использования SWOT-анализа в отечественной экономике. На примере угледобывающего предприятия рассмотрены методические и практические аспекты реализации SWOT-анализа, количественные и качественные оценки использования в настоящее время и в перспективе.The article presents the results of quantity assessment, builds the SWOT analysis matrix. It also defines the problem area and offers the methods of the SWOT analysis for the operating coal-mining enterprise.
