К Вопросу О Сущности Дефиниций «Антикризисное Управление»

Abstract

На основі критичного аналізу відомих визначень антикризового управління автором подано бачення суті та змісту даної категорії. На відміну від поширеного трактування антикризового управління як дій по виходу з фази банкрутства акцент зроблено на передкризовому етапі, на упереджені можливого руху підприємства в напрямку його банкрутства. Обґрунтовано етапи передкризового управління.На основании критического анализа известных определений антикризисного управления автором дано видение сущности и содержания данной категории. В отличие от общепринятого толкования антикризисного управления как действий по выходу из фазы банкротства акцент сделан на предкризисном этапе, на предупреждении возможного движения предприятия в направлении его банкротства. Обоснованы этапы предкризисного управления.
