Abstract

Розглянуто єдиний процес еколого-економічних відносин у системі регіонального розвитку, що відбиває закономірну послідовність зміни станів і стадій розвитку природних об'єктів в умовах впливу на них техногенних факторів впливу. Розроблено систему принципів збалансованої побудови регіональних еколого-економічних відносин, що формують умови біосферосумісності природогосподарської діяльності.Рассмотрен единый процесс эколого-экономических отношений в системе регионального развития, отражающий закономерную последовательность изменения состояний и стадий развития природных объектов в условиях влияния на них техногенных факторов воздействия. Разработана система принципов сбалансированного построения региональных эколого-экономических отношений, формирующих условия биосферосовместимости природохозяйственной деятельности.A united process of ecological and economic relations in the system of regional development is considered.
