Abstract

Виконано зіставлення та аналіз вимог до лістингу фондових бірж, які установлені органами державного регулювання ринків цінних паперів України і Росії. Пропонується трьохрівнева система лістингу, яку засновано на узагальненні досвіду фондових бірж країн Східної Європи, Балтії, Росії та Казахстану з урахуванням особливостей стану і перпектив розвитку економіки і фондового ринку України.Проведены сопоставления и анализ требований к листингу фондовых бирж, установленных органами государственного регулирования рынков ценных бумаг Украины и России. Предлагается трехуровневая система листинга, основанная на опыте фондовых бирж стран Восточной Европы, Балтии, России и Казахстана с учетом особенностей состояния и перспектив развития экономики и фондового рынка Украины.
