Abstract

Планування є невід'ємною частиною внутрішньофірмового управління. Тому статтю присвячено питанням щодо визначення ролі та міста планування, зокрема бюджетного, в рамках системи загальнофірмового управління.Планирование является неотъемлемой частью внутрифирменного управления. Поэтому в статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с определением роли и места планирования, в частности на основе бюджетного метода, в рамках системы общефирменного управления.Planning is an inseparable part of intrafirm management. That's why issues connected with defining the role and place of planning, in particular on the basis of a budget method, within the system of firm-wide management are considered.
