Сравнительный Анализ Разных Систем Оплаты Труда Учителя

Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются системы оплаты труда учителей образовательных учреждений. Проводится сравнительный анализ данных систем с использованием трех укрупненных подходов, таких как процессуальный подход, содержательный подход и функциональный подход. На основе сравнительного анализа формулируются выводы о состоятельности Новой системы оплаты труда.
