Abstract

В статье рассмотрены этапы возникновения и развития стандартизации в России и за рубежом. Показаны особенности развития стандартизации в Древнем Мире, Средневековье, а также в эпохи машинного производства и промышленной революции, индустриализации и постиндустриального общества. Особое внимание уделяется особенностям развития стандартизации в дореволюционной России, СССР и современной России. Дан ретроспективный обзор развития правовой базы стандартизации в СССР и Российской Федерации. Представлены принципиальные положения действующего Федерального Закона «О техническом регулировании», показаны негативные последствия его принятия и пути их устранения, указаны перспективные направления совершенствования стандартизации на ближайшие годы
