Применение Системы Менеджмента Качества На Основе Методов Интегрированного Контроллинга

Abstract

Возможности применения методов интегрированного контроллинга в системе управления качеством производственных процессов детально не исследовались. Однако, сложившаяся на промышленных предприятиях практика применения отдельных подходов на основе методологии контроллинга успешно себя зарекомендовала. В статье проведен анализ основных производственных процессов, на примере которых выявлены особенности использования методов интегрированного контроллинга в системе управления качеством.
