Abstract

Рассматриваются структура, цели, направления развития модели региона, обеспечивающей системный анализ стратегий устойчивого развития. Обосновывается недостаточность современных подходов и методик оценки эффективности инвестиционных проектов. Предлагаются новые подходы с использованием модели региона, которая учитывает факторы сохранения и развитие природных компонентов и социума, внедрения инноваций.
