Формирование Профессиональной Компетентности Молодых Педагогов Вуза

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с формированием и реализацией профессиональной компетентности молодых педагогов ВУЗа. Молодым педагогам предстоит решать ряд важных профессиональных вопросов, однако для большинства эти вопросы переходят в категорию проблемы, так как выходят за рамки сформированных в процессе обучения профессиональных компетенций. Оказать практическую помощь в решении проблем молодых педагогов возможно благодаря профессиональному сопровождению, которое может принимать различные формы. Наиболее известные формы профессионального сопровождения: наставничество, коучинг, школа по обмену педагогическим опытом и другие.
