Abstract

В работе изложены основные принципы подхода к процедуре самооценки компаний, основанные на применении нечисловой статистики. Описываемые методы позволяют упростить процесс определения приоритетных направлений деятельности организаций и аккумулировать опыт экспертов в области качества.
