Управление Социально-Экономической Асимметрией Регионов Как Фактор Экономического Роста

Abstract

Предложен механизм управления социально-экономической асимметрией регионов РФ в целях создания условий для развития конкуренции и обеспечения на этой основе экономического роста страны. Данный механизм основан на применении экономико-математического аппарата линейного программирования, благодаря которому становится возможным оценивать наиболее рациональное распределение ресурсов в экономике. Для снижения асимметрии и повышения эффективности функционирования экономики предлагается дифференциация налоговых ставок, учитывающая диспропорции в социально-экономическом развитии регионов РФ и в их ресурсном оснащении.
