Синтез Управляющих Решений В Слабо Структурированных Плохо Формализуемых Социотехнических Системах

Abstract

Сформулирована методология построения нечетких когнитивных моделей плохо формализуемых слабоструктурированных социотехнических систем(СТС),отличающаяся тем, что в ее рамках введена количественная мера схожести двух нечетких состояний, а интенсивность нечетких связей в нечеткой когнитивной моделипредложено определять с помощью обобщенных весов Фишберна. Это позволило разработать методику синтеза управляющих решений с минимальной «стоимостью», выводящих СТС на необходимый целевой уровень функционирования.
