Abstract

Инициатором применения наукометрии в МГУ в 1960-х годах выступил профессор В.В. Налимов. Он выдвинул информационную модель процесса развития науки. Тогда же начались наукометрические исследования в других подразделениях университета. Однако эти работы в дальнейшем не получили широкого развития. Обращение к наукометрии по инициативе ректората состоялось во втором десятилетии настоящего века. Рассмотрено несколько рекомендаций, повышающих эффективность научных исследований. Это выявление активных научных коллективов, учет влияния их структуры, применение Российского индекса научного цитирования, сравнение коллективов в разных фазах развития научных направлений. Критически оцениваются два индикатора эффективности: импакт-фактор и индекс Хирша. Выдвинуты предложения по повышению эффективности научных исследований с помощью методов наукометрии.
