Подход К Выбору Метода Тестирования Смешанных Интегральных Схем На Основе Стоимостной Модели

Abstract

В работе предложена модель оценки стоимости тестирования смешанных ИС, учитывающая особенности используемой интегральной технологии и производственной линии. Представлен подход к выбору способа тестирования смешанных ИС, оптимального с точки зрения минимума стоимостных затрат на тестирование. Определены условия принятия решения по использованию методов внешнего или внутрисхемного тестирования, которые могут быть сформированы на основе предложенной модели уже на ранних стадиях процесса проектирования ИС. Приведены результаты экспериментальных исследований.
