Abstract

В статье предложены схема диагностирования проблем развития сложных слабоструктурированных систем, основанная на построении когнитивной карты развития исследуемой системы, и поддерживающие ее методы, применение которых позволяет исследовать проблемы различных типов, связанные с взаимодействием активных субъектов, неблагоприятным влиянием внешней среды и структурными особенностями системы, а также рассматривать проблемы в комплексе и определять приоритеты в решении проблем в зависимости от причин их возникновения
