Игровая Постановка Задачи Стимулирования Производственных Предприятий На Разработку Мер По Снижению Ущерба Окружающей Среде

Abstract

В статье рассмотрена конфликтная ситуация иерархического типа с двумя уровнями: верхний уровень региональное управление, нижний уровень предприятия. В основу механизма, стимулирующего предприятия на природоохранную деятельность, положена система выплат за использование или загрязнение природных ресурсов в виде некоторой функции, зависящей от вложенных предприятием средств на возмещение ущерба экологии. Процедура согласования интересов регионального управления и одного предприятия приводит к оптимизационным задачам на всех уровнях. В случае, когда нижний уровень состоит из N предприятий, процедура согласования интересов приводит к бескоалиционной игре для нижнего уровня.
