Страхование Экспортных Кредитов Как Инструмент Государственной Поддержки Экспортной Деятельности В Украине

Abstract

В статье проанализирована динамика внешнеторгового сальдо до и после вступления Украины во Всемирную торговую организацию. Обобщены подходы к определению понятия «экспортный кредит». На основе классификации экспортных кредитов выделены две основные группы дефиниций. Раскрыты особенности страхования экспортных кредитов с государственной поддержкой. Обозначена необходимость развития страхования экспортных кредитов как важного инструмента государственной поддержки стимулирования экспортной деятельности в Украине. Для активизации такого страхования предложено определить оператора среди страховых компаний в рамках действующей инфраструктуры страхового рынка.
