Abstract

В статье раскрывается проблема повышения эффективности управления человеческим капиталом на предприятии. Для этого выделены основные элементы человеческого капитала, раскрыта сущность коммуникационного пространства как основы социального человеческого капитала. Автором разработана методика оценки эффективности развития коммуникативных навыков персонала, которая позволяет определить влияние отдельных показателей развития человеческого капитала на интегральный показатель конкурентоспособности предприятия. В работе приведены этапы процедуры оценивания. Также предложены пути повышения управления коммуникационным пространством.
