Abstract

В работе рассматривается методика бюджетного регулирования на региональном уровне, способствующая развитию хозяйственной инициативы органов местного самоуправления, сокращению количества дотационных территорий и устранению нерациональных встречных финансовых потоков в регионе. In the work the methodology of budgetary regulation at territorial level is considered. It is directed on development of the economic initiative of local authorities, reduction of quantity of the territories receiving grants, and elimination of irrational counter financial flows in region.
