Abstract

Число участников ВЭД постоянно увеличивается, этому способствует, в первую очередь, государственная программа Российской Федерации «Развитие внешнеэкономической деятельности». Однако новые участники зачастую не имеют должного опыта и соответствующих знаний. Международная торговая сделка требует не только договора купли-продажи, но и целого ряда дополнительных договоров: перевозки, страхования, финансирования и т.д. Вовлечение новых сторон может привести к осложнениям. Однойиз целей правил Инкотермс является определение ролей различных сторон договоров перевозки и страхования. Основная цель статьи состоит в желании помочь участникам ВЭД разобраться в тонкостях применения Инкотермс, рассмотрев некоторые нестандартные ситуации, проистекающие из неверного понимания положений конкретных терминов Инкотермс 2010.
