Форум Стран-Экспортеров Газа - Амбициозный Проект С Нераскрытым Потенциалом

Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблематика функционирования Форума стран-экспортеров газа (ФСЭГ), созданного в 2001 г. и преобразованного в международную организацию в2008 г. Показано, что при создании данной организации ставились цели координации работы крупнейших экспортеров газа на экспортных рынках с возможностью влияния на мировые цены. Однако потенциал ФСЭГ не был реализован. Участники Форума выступают на внешних рынках в качестве конкурентов и не координируют свою политику. На это повлияли дипломатические усилия импортеров газа, неразрешенные противоречия между экспортерами-создателями Форума, корректировка основных принципов функционирования мирового рынка газа из-за роста поставок сжиженного природного газа. Россия является крупнейшим мировым экспортером газа, поэтому неспособность ФСЭГ оказывать влияние на мировой рынок газа не соответствует экономическим интересам нашей страны.
