Abstract

В статье рассматриваются факторы, приведшие к усилению роли международногофинансового рынка (МФР) в системе финансовых потоков банков и корпораций. Значительное воздействие на размеры и глубину МФР оказали процессы глобальной и региональной финансовой интеграции, ведущей к устранению барьеров между национальными и международным финансовым рынком, росту объемов трансграничных перемещений капитала, формированию новой структуры участников. Анализируются основные модели трансграничного банковского кредитования, тенденции, определяющие развитие этойформы финансирования в современный период. Дается развернутая характеристика основных источников привлечения средств трансграничными компаниями на международном рынке капиталов.
