Abstract

Всемирная торговая организация играет ключевую роль в глобальном регулировании международной торговли. Основной целью организации является обеспечение максимальной свободы и предсказуемости торговых потоков. Пакет балийских договоренностей стал первым пулом соглашений с момента учреждения в 1995 году ВТО и позитивнымшагом в направлении завершения Дохийского раунда. «Балийский пакет» также обозначил и существенные системные преимущества ВТО, возродив ее в качестве жизнеспособного переговорного форума. Теперь основной задачей ВТО должно стать возобновлениемногосторонних переговоров и завершение Дохийского раунда.
