Abstract

Предоставление тарифных преференций в отношении развивающихся и наименее развитых стран является неотъемлемым инструментом торговой политики, влияющим как на конкуренцию с импортом из этих стран на внутреннем рынке, так и на рост и развитиев странах-бенефициарах. Действующая в Евразийском экономическом союзе система преференций требует пересмотра с учетом повышения роли развивающихся стран в мире, изменений в структуре торговли. Основные меры могут включать разграничение и пере-смотр товарных перечней для развивающихся и наименее развитых стран, сокращениеперечня стран-бенефициаров тарифных преференций.
