Интеграционные Модели Формирования Восточноазиатского Сообщества

Abstract

В статье рассмотрена история эволюции интеграционных тенденций в Восточной Азии начиная с 1960-х гг. Дана характеристика диалоговых механизмов как АСЕАН+3 иВосточноазиатский саммит, целям их создания и принятым решениям, в рамках которых инициирован проект Восточноазиатского сообщества. Моделями его формирования былиназваны АСЕАН+1, АСЕАН+3 и АСЕАН+6. Реальные результаты только в рамках АСЕ-АН+1 на основе подписания соглашений о зоне свободной торговли между АСЕАН, с одной стороны, и их партнерами по диалогу - Японией, Республикой Корея, Китаем, Индией,Австралией и Новой Зеландией. Эти зоны в целом функционируют. Модели АСЕАН+3и АСЕАН+6 трансформировались в проект Регионального комплексного соглашения обэкономическом партнерстве (РСЕП), переговоры по подписанию которого продолжаются. Намечено сформировать Восточноазиатское сообщество в формате зоны свободной торговли в 2015 г.
